Meet Monica, a makeup lover and professional artist for 11 years who single-handedly developed the luxury cosmetic line Kalon Rouge and continues to inspire artists in the community! Monica has her cosmetology license and is certified by two makeup schools in the state of New Jersey and understands the importance in continued education. She loves making people feel beautiful everyday!
